·          Select title company to conduct title search and settlement

·          Full financing commitment including appraisal from your mortgage company

·          Termite inspection

·          Buy homeowner´s insurance

·          Set utilities in your name

Look for new home communities in the local area.  If you are interested in a certain builder, please contact peter@MontgomeryCountyHomes.biz.  The builder will pay Peter´s fees.  However, if you visit the builder without Peter, the price will be the exact same whether or not you use as a Realtor, and you will not have representation.
